The old carpet comes out along with the recliner and storage box. I built a new couch that converts to a queen bed with an Ikea futon mattress. Two Ikea drawers underneath and a new grill for the propane heater.
New red oak flooring goes in after cleaning up the 3/4″ subfloor.
